Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more. You'll see every available option at checkout.
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes! Use code WELCOME15 for 15% off your first order. Sign up for our email list and follow us on social media for future promotions.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please email us at hello@blisswoodstudios.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we'll do our best to make changes or cancel it.
Shipping
How long does processing take?
Every item is made especially for you, so please allow 2 to 7 business days before your order ships. During the holidays it may take a little longer.
How much is shipping?
In the U.S., shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Otherwise it's a $7.99 flat rate for the whole order, or $4.49 for 1 or 2 stickers. International rates start at $19.99. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders usually arrive 3 to 8 business days after they ship. International orders usually take 10 to 20 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to Canada, the UK, much of Europe, Australia, New Zealand and more. The full list of countries is in our Shipping Policy.
What if my package is lost?
Every order comes with tracking. If your package doesn't arrive, email us at hello@blisswoodstudios.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please email us right away at hello@blisswoodstudios.com with a photo of the item, and we'll make it right.

How do your tees fit?
Each tee's product page has a full size chart to help you pick the right fit.
Are your journals and coloring books physical books?
Yes. Our journals, coloring books and activity book are real printed books, sold and shipped by Amazon. Just click "Buy on Amazon" on the book's page.
